NameValueCollection is used to store a collection of associated String keys and String values that can be accessed either with the key or with the index. It is very similar to C# HashTable, HashTable also stores data in Key, value format.
NameValueCollection can hold multiple string values under a single key. As elements are added to a NameValueCollection, the capacity is automatically increased as required through reallocation. The one important thing is that you have to import System.Collections.Specialized Class in your program for using NameValueCollection.

There are some tips and tricks inC# -
1- When normalizing strings, it is highly recommended that you use ToUpperInvariant instead of ToLowerInvariant because Microsoft has optimized the code for doing uppercase comparisons.

Extension method is a feature of C# 3.0. In this we can add new methods to an existing type without modifying the original source and recompiling it. 
For example, there will be situation where we need to add a new method to an existing framework class or third party library or even a class contained in your project where you do not have the source code with you. Traditionally, we will create a derived type to add a new method to an existing type. By using extension method, you can prevent writing a derived type and can add a new method very easily to an existing type, and it can be called similar to calling a method on that type.
